In the Recommendation of Focus Group #4C, the link for the article on troops returning from the war directly exemplified the impact of their budget cuts by showing the importance of takin gcare of the men and women who shed blood, sweat and tears for our country. And taking care of them should be priority regardless of who they are as a civilian and whether or not you support the war.
