In the Recommendation of Focus Group #1C, the article about Education, Training, Employment, and Social Services directly exemplified the impact of their budget cuts by illustrating what Bush is actually cutting and it’s goes with why they cut it 1%. Bush is cutting education but they didn’t want to do the 5% because it would cut their health and fitness education.
