How can I downsize the budget so that it creates as little or no negative impact on American citizens. I need to trim a total of $1Billion from the budget. These cuts must appease both republicans, democrats, liberals and conservatives. These cuts also must be approved by Nancy Wright.

The Military cuts proposed will be objected by the Conservatives because they are
strongly in favor of Military Spending. They will be against the military cuts because they feel the
military is important for national security
All of the Science, Space, and Technology, Education, Training, Employment, and Social
Services, Non-Medicare Health Spending and Social Welfare Spending, cuts will not supported
by Liberals because they want the least amount of Government intervention. They feel as if the
government should be involved as little as possible. The because the cuts are spread so evenly
each group will be effected in a small way.

Being a Conservative, I tried not to let my personal view effect my budget decisions. This
was don’t because other people in my group had different views than I did when the cuts were
being decided. Also I tried to make the cuts in the most financially efficient way, by making cuts
based on money as opposed to beliefs there was less of a biased decision. Also because my cuts
were spread out so evenly liberals and conservatives, I think, had the same amount of cuts. No
one group was favored over the other.
